I “composed” these pieces in a meditative state mostly using my intuition. Some of them are based on specific frequencies to co-respond with chakras or other sound work principles. We use them personally in our Reiki sessions and our own meditation practices. This music comes from a calm and loving place and it has brought much of that energy into people’s lives.
