    　　Forest Reiki
    　　Forest Reiki came to be in response to a request. It was a long, gray winter and a Reiki client said they would love to hear the sounds of a forest on a warm summer day. To many this setting is the most soothing and rejuvenating thing that comes to mind. It does seem to help on those cold dark days when the sun sets early and Mother Earth slumbers beneath the ice and snow.
    　　Forest Reiki is 66minutes and 22seconds long. There are chimes at about the halfway point and then again a few minutes before the last notes.
    　　Jon Meister, who is the writer and performer of Causal Sound, is a Reiki Practitioner, Sound Practitioner, and student of Qigong. He has been a musician from the age of 7, when he began to study piano, as well as brass and stringed instruments. He recently has begun to play crystal bowls and tone for meditation and to facilitate deep healing.
